VistaSwitcher is excellent windows changer for Windows that promises to get us to forget the traditional Alt-Tab Windows, Vista Flip3D, and even Windows 7 Aero Peek. Its appeal is in offering many choices, yet allowed to see at a glance the contents of all windows.
The list of open windows can be managed with the mouse, being able to minimize, maximize, or close each of the applications directly from VistaSwitcher, and even several applications can be selected for stacking vertically, horizontally, or cascade. On the left shows a huge miniature entire desktop, in which the selected window appears, showing your actual position in the desktop (as does the Aero Peek Win7).
VistaSwitcher options are fairly comprehensive. It takes into account the special case that were working with multiple monitors, leaving them to indicate in what appears changer windows, or if it shall be given to applications that are secondary monitors. You can even exclude specific applications that never appear in the list of active windows, which makes sense when it comes to music players, clients for Twitter, or other programs that usually run in the background most of the time.
You can also make VistaSwitcher not replace the traditional Alt-Tab, but that is simply another option to switch between windows. This requires clear the box "Replace standard Alt-Tab key combinations. We can continue invoking VistaSwitcher with the combination WIN + F12 (which is the default), while the Alt + Tab will work again as usual.
Another remarkable thing is that, contrary to what its name suggests, VistaSwitcher works perfectly in Windows XP or higher.
